ACS Career Consultant Virtual Office Hours: Crafting CVs and Resumes

During this 90-minute live, virtual session, an ACS Career Consultant will discuss:

• the similarities and differences between CVs and resumes;
• which document is more commonly requested based on the job sector;
• and how a comprehensive CV can be used to build a job-specific resume.

Participants will also discover more about individual development plans (IDP) and ChemIDP’s new feature “My Vitae,” a tool that allows users to document career and professional development highlights.

The presentation will be followed by the opportunity for attendees to network in small groups led by ACS Career Consultants and received personalized career advice.
